1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

- "Account" refers to the registered member account created by a Player on hh77.lat, used to access Platform services, manage funds, and participate in games.
- "Real Money Games" refers to any game, wager, or bet placed on hh77 using funds deposited into a Player Account, as distinct from demonstration or free-play modes.
- "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for licensing, regulating, and supervising lawful gaming activities in the Philippines.
- "Bonus Funds" refers to any credits, free spins, or promotional balances awarded to a Player Account under a hh77 promotion, subject to wagering requirements and separate promotional terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms
Access to and use of the hh77 Platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, as well as all supplementary policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game or promotional terms where applicable.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and hh77. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms shall be deemed acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
hh77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice, subject to its obligations under applicable PAGCOR licensing conditions.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification
Age Restriction — 21+ Only: Under PAGCOR's regulatory framework governing online gaming in the Philippines, participation in real-money games is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. hh77 enforces this restriction as an absolute condition of account registration and ongoing platform access.
To be eligible to register and maintain an account on hh77, you must meet all of the following criteria:
- You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
- You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
- You are not a resident of, nor physically located in, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or requires a license that hh77 does not hold.
- You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of hh77 or any affiliated company, game provider, or technology supplier.
- You have not previously been excluded from hh77 or any other PAGCOR-licensed platform through a self-exclusion program or regulatory exclusion order.
- You are registering for personal entertainment purposes only and are not acting on behalf of any third party.
hh77 reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents to verify age and identity at any point — including at registration, at first withdrawal, and at any subsequent time deemed necessary for compliance purposes. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents will result in the suspension of account access and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

4. Account Registration & Security
Each eligible individual may hold one (1) registered account on hh77. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balance therein, and potential reporting to PAGCOR.
When registering a Player Account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and active email address.
- Maintain the accuracy of your account information and promptly update any details that change after registration.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not.
- Immediately notify hh77 support upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
- Not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise share your account with any other person under any circumstances.
Account Security: hh77 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. hh77 will never request your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. Any communication claiming to be from hh77 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to hh77 support immediately.
hh77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where the account is suspected of fraudulent activity, abuse of promotional offers, or violation of these Terms, pending investigation and in accordance with applicable law.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods
hh77 supports a range of payment methods for the deposit and withdrawal of funds. Accepted methods include, but are not limited to, GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank Direct, and cryptocurrency transfers via USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), BTC, and ETH.
5.1 Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Pesos) or the equivalent in accepted cryptocurrency at the prevailing exchange rate at time of transaction.
- All funds deposited into a hh77 account must originate from a payment source registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
- Deposits via GCash and Maya are generally credited to the Player Account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take 15–30 minutes depending on banking system processing times. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations for the respective network.
- hh77 reserves the right to reject deposits where source of funds verification cannot be completed to the satisfaction of its compliance obligations.
5.2 Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 or the equivalent in cryptocurrency.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. hh77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
- hh77 targets GCash and Maya withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfers are processed within 15–30 minutes. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed promptly following network broadcast, subject to blockchain confirmation times.
- hh77 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) documentation before processing any withdrawal. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID and a recent proof of address or mobile number verification.
- Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are met, as specified in the applicable promotional terms.
Currency: All Philippine Peso transactions on hh77 are denominated in PHP (₱). Cryptocurrency transactions are processed at the exchange rate displayed in the hh77 cashier at the time of the transaction. Exchange rates are subject to market fluctuation, and hh77 does not guarantee any specific conversion rate.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
hh77 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing registered Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion at the time of its availability. In the event of conflict between these Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.
- Bonus funds are credited to a Player's bonus balance, separate from their real money balance, until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.
- Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
- Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Live casino table games, bingo, and sports betting markets may contribute at different rates than slot games. Specific contribution rates are published in the relevant promotional terms.

- Bonuses are intended for the personal entertainment of the registered Player and may not be transferred, traded, or assigned.

7. Game Rules, RNG & Fairness
All games available on hh77 are supplied by third-party game providers including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI Games, Microgaming, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Spadegaming, CQ9 Gaming, and FA Chai. Each provider's games operate on independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and are subject to regular third-party audits for statistical fairness.

8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hh77 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and potential reporting to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Registration by any individual under the age of twenty-one (21) years.
- Use of the Platform by residents or persons physically located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access or participate in any game on the Platform.
- Collusion with other Players in any game format, including live poker or other multi-player formats.
- Use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment instruments for deposits.
- Money laundering, structuring, or any other activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines or applicable international AML standards.

9. Responsible Gaming

- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Reductions to existing limits apply immediately. Increases require a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
- Session Time Alerts: Players may configure time-based alerts that notify them of their total active session duration. Alerts display the net session result at time of firing.

- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorization from hh77.
- Game content is owned by the respective game providers and is subject to those providers' intellectual property rights. hh77 does not grant any rights to provider-owned game content beyond what is necessary for normal gameplay within the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hh77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.
- hh77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from malware or other harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may result in temporary service unavailability.
- hh77's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- hh77 is not responsible for any loss incurred as a result of a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials, including where such failure results in unauthorized access by a third party.
- Gambling involves financial risk. Participation in real-money games on hh77 may result in the loss of some or all funds deposited. hh77 does not guarantee any financial return from gameplay.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act (Republic Act No. 10173), and PAGCOR's applicable licensing regulations.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the hh77 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the appropriate Philippine courts or PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms, as applicable.
Players who wish to escalate a complaint that has not been resolved to their satisfaction by hh77's support team may contact PAGCOR directly through its official channels as the regulator with jurisdiction over hh77's licensed operations.

13. Amendments to These Terms
hh77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, hh77 will notify registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the most current version is displayed at the top of this document.
Continued use of the hh77 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure as provided in Section 9 of these Terms.
